The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) has officially imposed major sanctions on the Men’s Under-20 National Teams of the Anguilla Football Association and the Guyana Football Federation following serious incidents during their Concacaf U-20 Qualifiers clash on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
