Trinidad & Tobago head coach Dennis Lawrence announced his 40 man provisional squad for the upcoming Gold Cup. The squad, of course, will be cut down to 23 the first week in June. Trinidad & Tobago will once again face of the United States in group D along with Guyana and Panama. The Soca Warriors famously denied the United States entry into the World Cup in Russia and many fans of the twin islands felt that was justice was served after Trinidad & Tobago were denied entry to the 1990 World Cup in Italy after a shocking 1-0 loss to the US.
